Job Description
Main Duties:
- Delivering On-site and remote support to clients.
- Handling support tickets through on-line ticketing system.
- Advanced Technical-Support (Investigate, troubleshoot, & problem solving) of user-based H/W and S/W, OS, security, and user management.
- Installation and administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and security/policies.
- Install, support, and troubleshoot datacenter equipments such as Racks, Servers, SAN Storage, Backup systems, UPS …. Etc.
- Good understanding of Networking LAN/WAN/Wireless and Network protocols.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is a must.
- MCITP ,MCSE, or any other Microsoft certificate in the same field is preferred.
- CCNA, CCNP is plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Aware of any new systems upgrades.
- Good command in English language
- Organized, active & dynamic person
- Professional and independent personality
- Ability to cooperate with others to overcome problems
- Team player, Hard worker
- Owning a car is preferable
