Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Delivering On-site and remote support to clients.
  • Handling support tickets through on-line ticketing system.
  • Advanced Technical-Support (Investigate, troubleshoot, & problem solving) of user-based H/W and S/W, OS, security, and user management.
  • Installation and administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and security/policies.
  • Install, support, and troubleshoot datacenter equipments such as Racks, Servers, SAN Storage, Backup systems, UPS …. Etc.
  • Good understanding of Networking LAN/WAN/Wireless and Network protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is a must.
  • MCITP ,MCSE, or any other Microsoft certificate in the same field is preferred.
  • CCNA, CCNP is plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Aware of any new systems upgrades.
  • Good command in English language
  • Organized, active & dynamic person
  • Professional and independent personality
  • Ability to cooperate with others to overcome problems
  • Team player, Hard worker
  • Owning a car is preferable
