Job Description
- Define project stakeholder, scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management.
- Conduct Kick off meeting to communicate project objectives and announce project start-up
- Participate with technology teams to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Track project milestones and deliverables and report, progress, risks, issues in timely manners to get proper management attention to put the project on track.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Follow Etisalat IT PMO PM methodology and identify improvement if any.
- Conduct project post mortems (Lessons learnt) and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Sc. in engineering/IT related (if not, post graduate diploma/study in IT is mandatory)
- Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated track PM practice and not less than 4 years practice in IT.
- (Area of experience) : IT/ Project Management
- Excellent Computer skills, MS project & MS office
- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Project Management diploma,
- PMP certificate
