Job Description
- Planning and Following up the preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines , working on action plans needed to maximize the lines efficiency & effectiveness
- Training and coaching all maintenance team to be multi skilled, productive and positively charged employees and maintaining adequate numbers of multi- skilled employees.
- Following up the maintenance Activities to improve the standard time consumed at each area. Assuring the readiness of the plant utilities and machinery at all time for quality production
- Maximizing the machinery and equipment life time with min. cost of spare parts, power consumption and man power and evaluating the spare parts consumption.
- Coordinating with the plant manager in setting the plant’s objectives and KPIs.
- Setting up strategies for continuous improvement for the manufacturing processes and applying Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma strategies.
- Making daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Plant manager
- Ensuring that all designated areas are always kept clean and hazard free.
Job Requirements
- B.SC Mech. /Elect. Engineering.
- Min. 10 years of experience preferable in FMCG industry
- Excellent Coaching, leadership and problem solving skills.
- Certified Lean six sigma black belt consider an asset
- Excellent command of English language
