Job Description
- Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed..
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Perform budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position and preferable in logistic companty
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Good command of English
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
