Job Description
- Manage & Support Cisco routers, switches, Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, Cisco Quality Manager, Cisco ASA;
- Manage Active directory, TMG2010, DHCP, DNS;
- Manage Symantec Backup Exec, Perorm daily backup operations and restoration if required;
- Good Knowledge with Virtulization using ESXi;
- Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure;
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users in desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and IP phone;
- Support desktop applications especially MS Outlook;
- Troubleshooting network problems;
- Monitoring network usage;
- Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers;
- Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems;
- Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the Internet;
- Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work;
- Monitoring the use of the web by employees;
- Ensuring that Data Center electricity is available all the time.
Job Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in administrating, managing and monitoring IT systems.
- Microsoft Certifications (MSCE or a minimum of MCP).
- Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNA Voice).
- Linux Based and Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Experience with VoIP.
- Fluent in English language.
- Good at problem solving.
- Good at organizing and multitasking.
- Able to explain technical problems in a simple terms.
- Work well with people.
- Dedicated to continually update knowledge.
