Job Description
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries (Queries may range between coverage questions, network location and medical questions) .
- Receive requests from Health-care providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies…) and reply with approval decision (approved or rejected).
- Participate in committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient satisfaction.
- Review all medical approvals & claims.
- Issuance of necessary medicines and medical approvals - surgeries - X-rays - tests that require it.
- Solving medical customer problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine.
- Minimum three years of professional experience as medical doctor in Health-care facilities (Hospitals), (Surgery or medicine preferable).
- Experience in medical insurance is preferable.
- Excellent verbal Communication skills.
- Excellent Listening skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Decision Maker & high problem solving skills.
