Job Description

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  • Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • Creates and enhances training material and presentations.
  • Communicates regularly with Operations to assess agents needing training and delivering required new and refresher classes personally or through available trainers.
  • Reviews the performance of trainers and coaches, monitor their results and gives them direction for ongoing performance and result improvement.
  • Receives and present prompt/ periodical feedback/ evaluation on trainees during/ after training.
  • Prepares TNA for their respective projects and reviews training needs analysis conducted by Training Executives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Provides opportunities for ongoing development.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • Coordinates training activities for new and OJT between both Operations and Training departments starting from team leaders’ level.
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in field of expertise.
  • Certified Professional in Training Management is a plus.
  • Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and public speaking.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
