Job Description

  • Efficiently accomplish MBB/Mobile Internet(MI) business performance.
  • Fully responsible for MBB/MI business operation, designing MI Service Product & Offer, making business road-map & plan.
  • Effectively make business cases & marketing plan by your creative ideas, design marketing process & E2E customer journey, improve marketing offer based on effect evaluation.
  • Responsible for marketing research and MI user behavior insight, to support service planning, and optimize user experience, product & marketing offer.
  • Communication with customer: Establish and keep good relationship with customer; Regular meeting and report with senior manager and HOD.

Job Requirements

  • Education background: Bachelor degree or above.
  • Work experience: 3+ years of experience in Telecom Operator Marketing/Commercial Department or Internet/Online/Digital Service Provider/Content Provider.
  • Language: Excellent written and oral English communication.
  • Strong understanding of Telecom MBB service, Data Tariff, Internet Value chain.
  • Strong understanding of Mobile Internet market and industry trends, business challenges.
  • Strong understanding on Operator-SP/CP-3rd Vendor environment.
  • Very creative idea for MI/Digital service development and Marketing Campaign.
  • Understand Campaign management, user segmentation, user MI behavior.
  • Excellent analysis capability on business performance, marketing activities, user behavior.
  • Good communication skill for managing, sustaining and improving partnerships with Customer and 3rd SP/CP.
  • Strong knowledge about making business plan, creating campaign, segmenting potential user, advertising.
  • Familiar with operating marketing campaign platform, reporting. Knowing technology architecture and function of Telecom Operation platform is a plus.
