Job Description

  • Receive customer calls inquiring about their phones.
  • Analyze what the customer says, they want and need then record it in the receipt in details.
  • Using knowledge of products as well as great customer service skills, customer care addresses issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
  • Calling customers for approval or refuse or the pending time.
  • Maintain close cooperation with QC & Repair team.
  • Assuring serving customers and dealing with their complaints in the most professional attitude to achieve superior quality service standards.

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attentiveness to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience.
  • English Language: Very good.
  • Computer skills: V. good MS Office Applications.
