Job Description
- Receive customer calls inquiring about their phones.
- Analyze what the customer says, they want and need then record it in the receipt in details.
- Using knowledge of products as well as great customer service skills, customer care addresses issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
- Calling customers for approval or refuse or the pending time.
- Maintain close cooperation with QC & Repair team.
- Assuring serving customers and dealing with their complaints in the most professional attitude to achieve superior quality service standards.
