Job Description
- Analysis of Result Interviews : Ratio of Accepted, Shortlisted, Rejected candidates which reflect the Quality of Selection of Candidate
- Analysis of Result Offers : Ratio of Accepted, Rejected Offers and know Rejection reasons If it is related to salary or other reasons to analyze it and find solutions
- Responsible of the Performance Appraisal of team “KPI& “ of recruiter
- Prepare reports of Offers & Hired for all team
- Send the feedback for all candidates came to make an interview.
- Check the results of any candidate came before
- Prepare monthly report and weekly for all the units
- Prepare the dashboard of all units which contain Man Power , Vacancies and Vacant Days
- Responsible for the outcome& output Report of the groups.
