Job Description
- Responsible for assessing and assisting the account managers in their performance and their implementation of the annual plans.
- Achieve the team sales plan per LOB.
- Assess Account Managers performance in the light of the set goals for each AM.
- Assist Account Manager in implementation of the annual plan.
- Execute the annual plan, instructed by the direct manager and approved by BD Management.
- Meet customers and providing necessary consultations and amending insurance programs, if required.
- Prepare special file for each customer containing copies of the policies, insurance applications and all correspondences with the company.
- Collaborate with policy issuance units to prepare the required policies.
- Follow up of collection with customers and accountant.
- Follow up all customer's requirements such as policy issuance, renewal and compensations.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Capable of careful listening to customers' requirements
- Knowing the art of speech, good appearance
- Priorities determination and good time management and time exploitation
- Good command of English language
