Job Description
- Greet customers and determined their needs and wants
- Discuss type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase
- Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements
- Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise
- Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services
- Explain the use and advantage of merchandise to customers
- Answer customers’ queries and concerns
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs
- Handle all returns courteously and professionally
- Responsible for achieving personal sales goals
- Be aware of current promotional events and sales
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Interpret instructional documents such as safety rules
- Operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Job Requirements
