Job Description

SOCIALEYEZ is looking for a Performance Marketing/Media Buying Executive with prior full hands-on experience in media planning, managing campaigns, website analytics, developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

The performance marketing executive must be able to understand and analyze client briefs, objectives and budgets in order to create accurate and optimized plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Performance Marketing Manager, and Account Managers and other team members to develop effective and fact-based client proposals.
  • Work with Account Managers to understand the client brief and translate it into media plans and advising on the best platforms that will be related to the client objectives.
  • Strong ability in managing big budgets across different platforms.
  • Set bidding strategies for various campaign types.
  • Execute all aspects of media plans including optimization and reporting.
  • Building media plans and suggesting best platforms for running the campaigns on based on the client objective.
  • Gi an estimation of the KPIs that can be achieved for every platform and overachieve those KPIs.
  • Work towards a quarterly target of profit driven from the campaigns, by launching the campaigns to the best practices.
  • Analyze data from the platforms and the campaigns to optimize towards the best performing sectors.
  • Communicate directly with clients as & when needed to understand briefs as well as act as a consultant adding value to our clients - and liaise regularly with Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Create templates for various briefing forms, proposals, and reports.
  • Help educate various agency team members including Account Executives and Community Managers on the basis of performance marketing, ensure team members have knowledge of basics they may need on a day-to-day basis.
  • Building spreadsheets to monitor campaign performance and report it to the Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Regularly & proactively suggest new ideas, initiatives, and projects the agency can adopt in-line with the agency’s overall strategy.
  • Contribute to the growth of this line of business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Marketing or other related fields.
  • Strong command of English is a must.
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital media planning & campaign management.
  • Experience in managing Google Adwords campaigns is a must.
  • Good Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • SEO experience is a plus.
  • Full awareness of behavioral targeting and targeting personas.
  • Highly dedicated and reliable with a proven ability to deliver results on time.
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload and manage time effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel is a plus.
  • Strategic and long-term thinker.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English & Arabic writing skills.
  • Excellent planning & analytical skills.
  • Expert knowledge of advertising Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent knowledge of performance marketing principles, and bidding across platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including a full understanding of how each platform functions.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing including best practices..
  • Good understanding of Programmatic is a plus.
