Job Description
- The HR specialist achieves staffing goals by studying the company’s plans and goals and meeting with managers to determine their needs.
- Examines job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements and uses a variety of methods, Internet job sites and employment agencies to locate qualified candidates.
- Interviews applicants, verifies references and compares the job criteria to the applicant’s qualifications. If necessary,
- Arranges for managers to interview the applicant as well.
- Manages new worker relocation by negotiating with movers and arranging temporary lodging
