Job Description
The role of Business Development Executive includes the following tasks and responsibilities –
- Establishing the marketing needs of business clients and prospects, and proposing a mix of products and promotions to meet those needs through the medium of Digital marketing
- Selling VadeCom Essential Services, which include – Website design,digital marketing services,Mobile app and promotional products, to SMEs and larger businesses
- Working to sales targets
- Identifying and securing viable new business accounts for the company
- Managing relationships with existing customers to protect and grow existing business
- Reactivating lapsed customers
- Cross-selling products and services, to ensure that the overall value of business with each customer is maximized
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Participating in the development and execution of marketing initiatives
- Behaving in accordance with our business values and ethics, offering the highest levels of honesty, integrity and customer service at all times
Job Requirements
- Fluent speak and written English language skills
- Experience in a business-to-business sales and/or marketing role
- Create, maintain and sustain effective customer relations
B2B sales - Participation in setting business plans with customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
