Job Description
- Interview the candidates and select the best calibers for the vacant positions.
- Identifies the organization's recruitment short and long term by issuing annual plan.
- Identifies and manages potential recruitment channels and liaise with recruitment agencies and Universities.
- Creates a pool of candidates and assists the management in selecting the right candidate for the right job.
- Receives and responds to candidates inquiries.
- Writes job advertisements and decides how and where job vacancies shall be advertised.
- Conducts initiative interviews for candidates assessing their skills, basic knowledge and adaptability to company environment.
- Screening application forms, short listing and classifying it according to qualifications and experience.
- Completes interview arrangements by conducting applicants, scheduling tests & interviews and maintain recruitment manager interviews calendar.
- Updates and develops recruitment database and maintains application archiving systems.
- Coordinates in designing advertisements for company open vacancies.
- Ensures that all the processes of planning, recruiting and selecting comply with the organization's recruitment policies and procedures.
- Responsible for processing employment offer.
- Follow up with the candidate for the acceptance / rejection of the employment offer and responding to any inquiry.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience in recruitment.
- Previous experience at recruitment agency is preferable.
- Fluent in English.
- Good Command of Microsoft Office applications.
