Job Description
- Achieve sales targets in her/his assigned area
- Self-organized, excellent planner and deliver sales plans & reports (daily, weekly & monthly) in a timely manner.
- Manage all the customers’ needs and requests (subcontractor recommendation - tests - offers)- method of statements
- Track the projects starting from design and description with consultants till closing the deal with main contractors.
- Build and manage her/his projects pipeline and portfolio to ensure continuous supply and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Must have good connections, relations and strong network of consultants and contractors.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities (Outdoor).
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Job Requirements
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and sales skills.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (civil , architect or chemicals).
- Previous experience in reputable building materials companies. Construction Chemicals market experience would be an asset.
- Technical skills: Exterior & Interior finishing solutions, Plaster Boards (PB’s) & ceiling tiles and construction chemicals.
- Must have a car
- 1 to 3 years of experience in same field
