Job Description
- Purchase all company needs, supplies, equipment and services.
- prepare and send request for quotation (RFQ) to suppliers for needs products.
- Receive purchase requisition from all projects and company’s departments.
- Research and identify prospective suppliers (Sourcing).
- follow up all consumable’s stocks and responsible for all inventory procedures.
- follow up with warehouse department to make sure that received products are matching with purchase orders in terms of quality and quantity.
- Follow up with the finance department to finalize vendor financial issues.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving all issues.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience (facility management and projects contracting are preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing systems.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
