Job Description
- Upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications hosted on Windows Server 2008 and above.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications running on Microsoft Terminal Services
- Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems
- Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
- Requesting and coordinating vendor support
- When the restoration is beyond the scope of the Desktop Support Administrator the manager.
- Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests.

Job Requirements
- Indians Nationality Employees / Project for 6 month or more depends.
- Scanners maintenance capabilities (Fujitso, Canon,…)
- Have knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and above .
- Active Directory
- Have knowledge of VPN
- Have knowledge of Windows 7 and above (client) + MS office
- Group Policy administration
- Printers and scanners administration
- SharePoint Administration and implementation is a plus
- Firewall administration (forty gate is a plus)
- Have knowledge of M.S Exchange Server
