Job Description
- Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams
- Coach team members, including resolving the conflict.
- Manage projects in JIRA and Confluence.
- Providing software training to team members as needed.
- Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to a leadership team
- Participate as senior developer with the team
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years experience in Web development, JS, PHP, Python, Angular, GIT, Agile, Scrum
- Experience designing and building REST-based APIs.
- Experience with Web UI development, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (Angular).
Proven software development experience in PHP (Laravel, Symphony or Zend frameworks). - Comfortable working with GIT or similar revision control software.
- Proven leadership and motivation skills. Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally.
- Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with SEO principles Agile Development and good understanding and practicing of one or more agile methodology
- A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team.
