Job Description

  • Gathers market and customers information to gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Develops action plans for achieving targets, and monthly reports on expected sales and sales results.
  • Approaches all potential customers, and arranges for meetings to prospect for new business.
  • Listens to customers requirements, analyzes their needs, and matches them to our products
  • Challenges and handles any objections by the customers.
  • Negotiates prices, delivery, agreement terms, and closes sales.
  • Develops and maintains good relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Keeps up-to-date with competitors’ activities, current and new products, prices and delivery schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Related experience ( tires, wheels, batteries & sports tires)
  • Very Good selling skills
  • Very good needs analysis, positioning, negotiation, closing and follow-up skills
  • Very good communications, writing and presentation skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Self-motivation.
