Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers face to face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle units inquiries.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information process requests.
  • Frames direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Record details of actions taken.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Presentable with excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Achiever and excellent team player.
  • Able to work under pressure.
