Job Description
- Deal directly with customers face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle units inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information process requests.
- Frames direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Record details of actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Presentable with excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Target Oriented.
- Achiever and excellent team player.
- Able to work under pressure.
