Job Description
Operational Role:
- Participates in the planning & execution of sales plans to penetrate the European market of Translation services and capture significant market share.
- Initiates interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings.
- Meets sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
- Prepares and presents professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
- Analyzes requests and answers queries and prepare quotes.
Customer Relationship Role:
- Establishes and maintains current and potential customer relationships.
- Ensures high quality customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience with a solid sales achievement record.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines.
