Job Description

  • Carry out the salaries of the employees, work out the additional monthly payrolls, make their deductions, record them in the records prepared for them, work on their treatment cards and changeable pay cards.
  • Administrations and the subsequent files, appointments, transfers and appointments of temporary employment and any special notes for appointments and all administrative decisions pertaining to personnel affairs.
  • Preparing employee and employee leave records and registering their vacations on a timely basis
  • Examines and develops the internal organization of the company and examines its impact on the flexibility and execution of operations.
  • Prepare and develop the organizational structure of the company, clarifying the units and relations among them, distributing the roles and defining the administrative names of the work team.

  • The statistical methods used to predict human resources are used, such as quantitative methods and methods based on estimating the work effort, meeting supply demand, addressing the deficit surplus and determining specific employment needs.
  • Establishes and maintains good relations with the supply sources of applicants
