Job Description

  • Acting as the Health Provider in the head office & facilitate the paperwork and procedures for all the medical services to the company employees.
  • Follow-up medical service provided by the medical care company to employees.
  • Monitor the performance of the medical clinics in projects and provide the monthly reports to the HR D & Operation Manager
  • Follow-up emergency cases in projects and the procedures taken in deaths.
  • Provide ongoing awareness to all staff through periodic campaigns about the service provided and how they get it, through published instructions and policies.
  • Solve all the problems and conflicts that occur with medical care providers.
  • Responsible for follow up and monitor the health history records for all employees.
  • Participate in the monthly regular meeting with the health and safety department, and participate in the monthly meeting with the HR Director in ASEC Holding Company to solve problems related to the provided service.
  • Responsible for the follow up of the life and disability insurance claims from the service provider.
  • Responsible for approving the medical checkup for new employees.
  • Handling all the medical cases concerning the top management level.
  • Searching for the best medical services provided by private Medical Care Companies.
  • Implement and publish any new instructions and policies after the HR Director approval.
  • Responsible for issuing various reports from the Medical Department and provide them to the HRD & Operations Manager.
  • Provide periodic comparison reports between the Health Care Companies in the market.
  • Works on the suggestions, complains & feedback from the employees about the medical service provided.
  • Auditing the clinics in projects monthly, prepare and provide a report with the fact findings and recommendations.
  • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
  • Plans and supervise the work of the staff.
  • Provide coaching and control feedback on performance.
  • Ongoing evaluation for staff performance and ensure clear understanding for areas of weakness and strengths.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • University degree in medicine.

Experience:

  • From (7 years) to (10 years) experience in the field of surgery or medicine.

Training:

  • Diploma in Healthcare Management.
