Job Description
- Develop, install, and test industrial control system software for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and related control system devices;
- Responsible for preparing preventive plan for maintenance of Factory equipment’s and machines “boilers, chillers, compressors;
- Lead and motivate the electrical technicians team to ensure smooth operation run with a safety standards,
- Identify, develop and manage training needs for the Maintenance group to ensure that skill levels are managed and advanced as needed to support plant systems and equipment;
- Identify, analyze, and reduce equipment downtime along with identified repetitive electrical or control failures and interacting cross-functionally to develop process understanding to resolve issues or improve processes.
- Manage and maintain the power distribution system within the plant.
- Develop a culture of best practice and innovation through internal and external industry benchmarking
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, preferred electronics (PLC).
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Very Good command of English Language
