Property Sales Consultant

• Perform a selling forecast analysis to provide to Sales Team leader.
• Achieve the monthly Personal set sales target.
• Assure effective implementation of Selling process, while utilizing all company’s available resources:
• Review updated price list to refer to it prior to meeting clients
• Use customers’ database provided by the company
• Receive customers’ calls and reply to their inquiries

Welcome and meet walk-in customers and perform an efficient sales lead through:

• Reviewing project’s available marketing tools provided
• Perform a visual experience through presentation & site visit(building, apartment sample & selected unit)
• Discuss with clients methods of payment and amend according authorized options
• Fill reservation form with client till payment
• Keep record of client’s contacts for follow up within 7-10 days for the reservation payment & communicate to Sales Administrator for sending sales update email.
• In case of cancellation, assure notifying Sales Administrator for price list modifications and proper communication.
