Job Description
- Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful marketing campaigns to customers
- Demonstrated ability to collect insights (qualitative/quantitative), generate conclusions and drive discussions with key stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate solutions
- Engagement, leadership and high-level of energy
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and drive cross-functional project teams
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect people from different part of the organization, foster collaboration and manage potential conflicts to move things forward and drive execution·
- Highly developed written and verbal communication in English· Develop Marketing campaigns and present these campaigns to deferent sales channels·
- Plan and manage the market/consumer research needed to develop the industry plan and the marketing campaigns·
- Monitor and report on the execution of the sales and marketing plans·
- Support the sales channels managers in the development of road maps to grow
