Job Description
- Coordinate activities of non life Sales Department.
- Support the company’s goals by implementing and designing initiative sales plans and strategy.
- Gain new business through distribution channels by conducting regular marketing visits.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with insurance brokers and clients in general.
- Submit comprehensive sales reports for sales operation and project sales.
- Monitor and report performance on sales targets.
- Recommend plans for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Should possess the ability to work in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Previous experience with relevant field is preferable.
