Job Description

  • Help and guide the customers to solve their problems and questions related to Nebras Technology systems
  • Manage software upgrades, including coordinating with Partner’s (distributors and hospitals) IT personnel
  • Guide customers in setting up their systems
  • Handle and identify and Troubleshoot complaints related to both software and hardware
  • Perform system maintenance, including preventive maintenance
  • Follow up on solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Train customers for Nebras Technology systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 0 to 4 years’ experience within a relevant technical position
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and functions.
  • Experience with network, implementation and administration of servers (Microsoft) combined with good knowledge of Database basic functions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good communication skills face to face and over the phone and able to convert heavy technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Extrovert nature with a lot of self-awareness in regards to own strengths and weaknesses.
  • Structured, methodical, analytical and systematic in problem solving.
  • Ability to forge and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Able to work in Shifts/on-calls for facilities that requires 24/7 support.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Healthcare Background is a great advantage.
  • Knowledge of RIS, DICOM and PACS.
  • Microsoft SQL Server.
