Job Description
- Help and guide the customers to solve their problems and questions related to Nebras Technology systems
- Manage software upgrades, including coordinating with Partner’s (distributors and hospitals) IT personnel
- Guide customers in setting up their systems
- Handle and identify and Troubleshoot complaints related to both software and hardware
- Perform system maintenance, including preventive maintenance
- Follow up on solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Train customers for Nebras Technology systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 0 to 4 years’ experience within a relevant technical position
- Solid understanding of IT systems and functions.
- Experience with network, implementation and administration of servers (Microsoft) combined with good knowledge of Database basic functions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good communication skills face to face and over the phone and able to convert heavy technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Extrovert nature with a lot of self-awareness in regards to own strengths and weaknesses.
- Structured, methodical, analytical and systematic in problem solving.
- Ability to forge and maintain relationships with customers.
- Must be a team player.
- Able to work in Shifts/on-calls for facilities that requires 24/7 support.
Preferred Requirements:
- Healthcare Background is a great advantage.
- Knowledge of RIS, DICOM and PACS.
- Microsoft SQL Server.
