Job Description
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Coordinate and provide support for Firewall and network system.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Configure, Manage remote data centers for all sites.
- Install, Manage, Configure, Active Directory servers for all sites.
- Configure, Manage antivirus server and security roles for all users.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Support LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security systems, cloud, and network infrastructure.
- Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the IT department.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for current performance and future upgrades.
- Microsoft Infrastructure Knowledge (MS Infrastructure, Active directory, add remove users and privileges .
- Responsible for all servers in terms of administration, daily health check.
- Ensure the effectiveness and execution of incident management, risk management, and problem.
- Interface with vendors, as necessary, to solve technical issues
- Work closely with other infrastructure and application teams, including database administrators, network and security teams, and assist in overall implementation and troubleshooting.
