Job Description
- Will be responsible for planning, coordinating, creating, executing and documenting of all quality assurance activities.
- Will monitor every phase of the software development process so as to ensure design quality, making sure that the software adheres to the standards set by the development company.
- Involved in tasks that include software design, writing source code, control of source code, reviewing code, configuration management, change management, program testing, integration of the software, and release management process.
- Will typically break up the entire process into goals such as verifications, activities, measurements, abilities, and commitments.
- Will develop departmental policies and standard operating procedures, as needed, to effectively execute the principles and responsibilities of software quality assurance.
- Lead efforts to develop, document, and implement applicable QA processes and procedures to provide more effective quality methods within the group in support of providing quality products.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos.
- Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information system related fields (Faculty of Computers and information or Engineering are preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Solid experience implementing both Agile and CMMI process models within large scale organizations.
- Will monitor every phase of the software process so as to ensure design quality, making sure that the software adheres to the standards set by the company.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to integrate quality objectives across multiple functions.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management are essential.
- The candidate should be versed in English.
- The candidate should have a proven work experience with large scale projects and different development teams and environment.
