Branch Manager

Main Duties:

• Supervise on Branch employees ,quality and front office personnel
• Handles the admin work of the branch
• Makes sure Front office representative talk to client in a good appropriate manner
• Supervise all client and branch operations and complaints
• Works on the CRM to finish all tasks and customer requests.
• Makes sure branch facilities are up to expected standard on a daily basis
• Leads the front office team into brining optimum results
