Job Description
Main Duties:
- Supervise on Branch employees ,quality and front office personnel
- Handles the admin work of the branch
- Makes sure Front office representative talk to client in a good appropriate manner
- Supervise all client and branch operations and complaints
- Works on the CRM to finish all tasks and customer requests.
- Makes sure branch facilities are up to expected standard on a daily basis
- Leads the front office team into brining optimum results
