Job Description
- Create new formulations for new products (Detergents & FMCG).
- Continuous R&D to reach most effective manufacturing formulas.
- Schedule working sheets for all factory employees.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting and assessing raw materials materials.
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- Organising relevant training sessions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics and detergents manufacturing and formulation.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial position.
- Preferable chemistry major.
- Good Knowledge of English.
