Job Description:
- Assists CEO in day-to-day tasks
- Provides general office management
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external matters pertaining to the CEO
- Maintains office schedule by planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, events, and travel plans
- Keeps CEO well-informed of and updated with all work-related issues and commitments and follows up appropriately
- Participates in all staff meetings and maintains all minutes of meeting
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Keeps track of filing system
- Manages and follows up with all overseas import operations
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Follows up with and monitors staff job results for performance management, including appraisals, compensation, and benefits
- Maintains organizational charts, employee directory, employee KPI’s, and job descriptions
- Maintains the implementation of company and personnel policies and procedures
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality

Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an international university
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field
