Job Description
- We are looking for an "Office Manager” to handle the following
- Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to destination.
- Sorts and distributes mail on a daily basis.
- Receives visitors and directs to appropriate person.
- Well organized, energetic team player, able to take initiative and multi-task.
- Team Secretarial experience and good knowledge of MS-Office Products.
- Any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably English Section
- 2-5 years experience
- Excellent Command of written and spoken English.
- Strong computer skills required; Excel, Word, and Browsing
- Preferably Heliopolis resident, or nearby areas
- Detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up & research skills
- Ability to organize tasks and keeping records.
