Job Description

  • We are looking for an "Office Manager” to handle the following
  • Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to destination.
  • Sorts and distributes mail on a daily basis.
  • Receives visitors and directs to appropriate person.
  • Well organized, energetic team player, able to take initiative and multi-task.
  • Team Secretarial experience and good knowledge of MS-Office Products.
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably English Section
  • 2-5 years experience
  • Excellent Command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong computer skills required; Excel, Word, and Browsing
  • Preferably Heliopolis resident, or nearby areas
  • Detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up & research skills
  • Ability to organize tasks and keeping records.

  • Location: Heliopolis
  • Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday from 9:30am to 5:30pm
