Job Description
- Creating and managing Facebook pages, including adding new posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring the page’s analytics to determine what types of posts are most effective
- Monitoring the activity of competitors’ social media accounts and responding to negative comments or reviews
- Posting original content including text, images, and videos that are relevant to the company’s products or services and audience interests
- Creating and managing advertising campaigns on Facebook to promote products or services to specific target audiences
- Monitoring online conversations about the company, its products, competitors, or industry trends to identify potential issues or opportunities for growth
- Manage the company’s presence on other social networking sites such as Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs as needed
- Collaborating with other departments to develop content for social media channels that aligns with the brand’s message and resonates with customers
- Oversee the creation and promotion of new products and services on social media channels to generate interest and excitement among consumers and generate sales leads
