The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Management Consultant to join our high-performance, fully remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and global business development in a dynamic virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for diverse client engagements
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses and industry research
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses
- Lead virtual client meetings and manage stakeholder relationships remotely
- Develop and present compelling recommendations to senior executives via digital platforms
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a distributed work environment
- Contribute to business development and proposal creation
- Mentor junior team members virtually and foster a culture of excellence in remote work

Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms or equivalent roles in leading companies
- Proven track record of success in complex, multi-sector projects, including remote engagements
- Strong expertise in strategy development, financial analysis, and due diligence processes
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and virtual communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are advantageous)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) from a reputable institution
- Demonstrated proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Trello)
- Expertise in virtual project management and digital workflow optimization
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent time management and ability to balance multiple projects in a virtual environment
- Adaptability to different time zones and flexible working hours when required
- Strong network within the GCC and MENA regions is desirable
