Job Description
- Review all of the tender documents
- Projects Contracts Study Including General& Special Conditions.
- Prepare the tender strategy and tender time frame
- Civil & MEP Works Cost Study & Analysis.
- Indirect and overhead cost study
- Suggestion shortlist to all recommended sub-contractors & suppliers
- Prepare tender packages for subcontractors & suppliers
- Sub-Contractors and Suppliers Technical and Financial Evaluation Including Prices Negotiation.
- Prepare the comparison sheets of all packages
- Project Equipment Study.
- Prepare the financial & technical submission
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering
- Minimum 7 years of work experience as an Estimator engineer at least
- Work location 10th of Ramadan city
