Job Description
- Managing the Lean Manufacturing Programme taken on by Salamtex with a consultancy firm to increase efficiencies across the factory and improve work flow
- Collaborating with production managers and the teams to develop and implement process controls and efficiency improvements.
- Using engineering principles & critical thinking to investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
- Developing Preventive and corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
- Reviewing specifications and technical requirements
- Creating working procedures in different departments which are easily controllable and feasible
- Full understanding of production processes.
- Developing and implementing quality standards.
- Developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Technical curiosity, creativity.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work well as a team.
- Must have taken courses in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Familiar with all the Lean Manufacturing tools
- Basic knowledge of quality control tools.
- Living in East side of Cairo, Egypt
