Job Description
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, directing, and assisting them appropriately.
- Respond to and effectively prioritize incoming phone calls, in addition to keeping a detailed phone log and taking down messages.
- Create and manage the annual corporate calendar of events and activities ensuring this is kept up to date at all times.
- Plan, schedule, and organize office meetings.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Manage the office supplies, ensuring availability of items and cost optimization.
- Receive, review, and process office utilities and services bills on monthly basis in a timely manner.
- Establish & maintain a variety of filing, recordkeeping, database and tracking systems that is accurate, organized and updated consistently (soft and/or hard).
- Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures & interview applications)
- Coordinate, organize, and follow through on New Employees' hiring, on-boarding,
- Support the HR Department with interviews and time keep and attendance and implement the company laws
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Presentable
- 2-4 years experience as a receptionist or in the related field
- Very good in MS Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
