Supervise and coordinate finishing and decoration on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
Must have car and must be from October residence
Proven track record of managing on-site construction activities for commercial or residential projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction sites.
Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
