Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 10 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.
We are looking for a Staffing Manager capable who will work to source and recruit, interview and qualify, and place qualified candidates in a wide variety of positions throughout the state. This person will also be responsible for building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the requisitioning, consistent pricing management, contract compliance and staff deployment of Contract Labor.
- Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing solutions and ensure maximal effectiveness and efficiency of staffing plan for identified needs.
- Managing recruitment campaigns, including designing advertisements and posting job listings on company websites
- Reviewing applications, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations to hiring managers
- Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions.
- Manage all staffing office incoming communication via email, phone calls and all communication channels.
- Assist with new employee orientation and facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee relocation, legal documents etc.
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure correct employee compensation.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years’ experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- US Staffing Experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and Leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Attention to details.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English is a must for this position.
- Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm office based in Maadi
