Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for facilities management services and supplies.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, analytics, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and value.
  • Oversee risk management related to supplier contracts and supply chain disruptions.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing environmentally responsible products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on facilities management or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing complex procurement processes and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Strong understanding of supplier management, contract law, and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Ability to drive cost savings and process improvements while maintaining quality standards.
