Job Description

We are an academy that teaches kids (ages 7 - 14) 3 main skills: Coding and computer science fundamentals, Entrepreneurship concepts, and Presentation skills. Our mission is to build a future generation of builders, problem solvers, shapers of the future, through teaching kids’ concepts and skills that will set them up to build big things!

We are currently growing with a steady pace, and to accelerate our growth to the next level, we are on the look for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Consultant to help us expand our business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales from multiple channels (schools, offline, online) and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Help CodeTreps achieve the next mile by generating new opportunities from our different channels (Social networks, events, schools, competitors, partners, networking, and other channels) and convert them into new loyal revenue.
  • Gold mining existing leads database and convert them into subscribed customers..
  • Create new deals with Schools for CodeTreps programs.
  • Represent CodeTreps in relevant events and bazars.
  • Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings/events with Parents or Schools.
  • Coach and Mentor new Business Development teams locally and regionally.
  • Help us continuously become better and stronger by advising on new Business Growth areas or current Business Improvements based on Market trends and feedback from customers.
  • Support Operations team when required in their daily activities and act as backup for them. 
  • Work with our Marketing and Operations teams to develop sales and marketing strategies

 

Job Requirements

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience as a business development, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, Communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge (Education Market is a great plus)
  • Ability to present a topic effectively, both in a one-on-one setting or in a public presentation to a group of prospects
  • BSc/BA in business administration, or relevant field

 

You will be even a greater fit if:

  • You worked in Education Industry (Training Center, School, University)
  • Have experience with Online and Offline course selling.
  • Have some knowledge about Technology/Coding
  • Have some knowledge about Entrepreneurship
