Job Description
- Implement procedures for hiring, promotions, transfers between companies and termination of service in accordance with the laws and policies and internal systems established and prepare related reports.
- Follows up probation and end of contract dates.
- Maintaining and upgrading employees files and database.
- Ensures the payment of financial dues to government agencies in cooperation with the financial department in accordance with legal deadlines.
- process all procedures related to governmental medical insurance, disability cases, injury cases..etc,
- Follows up all labor and insurance inspections .
- prepare needful reports and statistics periodically.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree any discipline, preferably law or commerce
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the function
- special studies and certificates are a plus (HR, Personnel)
- Excellent skills using MS. office
