With a diverse portfolio spanning various industries, we are committedto fostering a vibrant and collaborative startup ecosystem.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Community Lead to join our team and play apivotal role in enhancing our presence within the startup community. The community lead willbe at the forefront of driving initiatives that not only benefit our portfolio companies but alsocontribute to the broader startup ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:1. Community Activation- Develop and execute strategies to activate and engage our network of founders, investors,mentors, and partners.2. Portfolio Support- Collaborate closely with our portfolio companies, understanding their needs and facilitatingconnections within our network to drive growth and success.3. Ecosystem Building- Implement initiatives that enhance our firm's contribution to the startup ecosystem,positioning us as a valuable partner and resource for entrepreneurs and co-investors.- Spearhead initiatives that give back to the broader startup ecosystem, such as mentorshipprograms, educational workshops, and community-building events.4. Networking Events:- Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to foster meaningful connections andknowledge-sharing among our community members.5. Content Creation:- Curate and create content, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates, toshowcase the achievements of our portfolio companies and share valuable insights.6. Partnerships:- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key organizations, accelerators, technologypartners and influencers to expand our reach and impact.Qualifications:- Proven experience in community management, preferably within the startup or venturecapital ecosystem.- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.- Strong understanding of the dynamics of the startup landscape and the ability to navigate andleverage networks effectively.- Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and think strategically.- Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and contributing to the growth of the startupcommunity.Additional Information Location: Cairo, EgyptJob Type: Full TimeCareer Level: Entry Level, +2 years experience Application Deadline: February 8th, 2024
