Job Description
- Control the variable expenses as electricity, water and gas.
- Control the emergency box fund.
- Review daily the working process warehouse movement (inflow and outflow).
- Verify the working process warehouse receiving orders with that data recorded on the ERP system.
- Archiving the inflow and the outflow by serial number.
- Review production order and printing 1st ,2nd and 3rd phases.
- Conduct inventory reserve analysis on a daily basis and generate production reports for senior management and inventory value report to evaluate both quantity & value.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting
- Exp from 1- 3
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Background ERP System
- Good level of English
- Excellent communication skills
