Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our agency’s revenue growth and client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will oversee the sales and marketing teams, develop strategic initiatives to attract new business, and ensure the agency meets its revenue targets. You will be responsible for building a high-performing sales pipeline, optimizing marketing campaigns, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive agency growth and meet revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outbound prospecting.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with enterprise-level clients.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns (email, social media, PPC, content marketing) that generate leads.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights to refine positioning and messaging.
• Develop sales collateral, case studies, and presentations to support the sales process.
• Optimize lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates from marketing to sales.

Client & Team Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high retention and upsell opportunities.
• Work closely with the operations and creative teams to align sales promises with service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, CAC, LTV) and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
• Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
